Be the Gatekeeper of Our Goods
We’re on the hunt for a sharp-eyed, detail-driven Receiver to stand at the front line of our operations. Every product that enters our store passes through your hands—you’re the one who ensures it’s accurate, safe, and ready for our customers. What You’ll Do
- Take charge of all incoming deliveries, including major vendors like UNFI and OGC.
- Scrutinize invoices, manage returns, and process credits for damaged or incorrect goods.
- Log items into Catapult inventory system, verifying every quantity, condition, and price.
- Perform temperature checks to keep cold goods cold and food safety top-notch.
- Maintain a backroom and receiving area that’s not just organized—but spotless and safe.
- Stock with precision, following rotation, merchandising, and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with departments on specials, returns, and timely shipping.
- Own the live inventory receiving process and help with quarterly counts.
- Safeguard products and equipment at all times.
- Manage store transfers and ensure every piece of paperwork is accurate.
- Stay responsive to emails and keep communication clear with staff and vendors.
- Participate in team meetings and jump in where needed to keep the flow moving.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–3 years of receiving or warehouse experience (natural foods a major plus).
- Must become forklift certified within 30 days of hire.
