Position Overview:
As part of our Marketing and Product Development team, you will contribute to a growing and dynamic organization dedicated to innovation and excellence. We’re looking for a versatile and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team in either a fully remote or hybrid (Washington IN) capacity.  This role is ideal for a creative problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing many hats. You’ll work on a variety of marketing initiatives, from event promotion and content creation to internal communications and RFP support. Roles and Responsibilities:

· Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional strategies for industry events, including email campaigns, social media posts, and on-site materials.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging at events.

· Create content by writing, editing, and publishing content for blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.

· Assist in developing marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and PowerPoint presentations.

· Support internal initiatives by creating engaging communication materials, such as newsletters and team updates.

· Ensure internal alignment with external marketing campaigns and company goals.

· Develop and support marketing campaigns in our marketing automation platform.

· Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

· Manage ad-hoc marketing projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.

· Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

· Intermediate proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing tools, Canva, Google Analytics, or similar).

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

· A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

· Some Spanish fluency (reading/writing) is helpful, but not required
