Atlanta, GA, United States (Remote)

Contract (12 months)

KPMG is working through its partnership with MBO Partners and is currently seeking a remote contractor in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end program management of in-person and virtual events, including developing strategy, guiding all planning workstreams, execution, and post-event measurement

Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, email, and events

• Understand and effectively utilize the tools, processes and systems needed for effective program management and governance

• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, social media, and website content

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external resources, such as creative agencies, vendors, and alliance partners

• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum four years of recent experience related to in-person events management and execution

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred

• Prefer experience within a professional services firm or has worked within a technology company

• Strong event management experience from large tradeshows to intimate executive events, strong program management skills ( alliance marketing

preferred)

• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

• High consciousness towards attention to detail; drive and commitment to deliver a high-quality service to the KPMG network

• Adhere to strict deadlines and compliance processes

• Strong interpersonal skills and working in a team

• Proficiency in project management tools

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
