Reach Truck Operator Full-time

Description

Schedule: 1st & 2nd shift availability

• Operate reach trucks to move, stack, and organize products within the warehouse.
• Retrieve materials from high-bay racking systems with precision and accuracy.
• Support inventory control efforts by placing and scanning products correctly.
• Stage orders for fulfillment and shipping teams.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and follow all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to maintain efficient warehouse flow.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Valid reach truck or forklift certification a plus (training available for qualified candidates).
• Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and time management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics or e-commerce facility.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working at heights when retrieving materials from racking systems.
• Must pass company safety and fitness requirements for equipment operation.
