Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and solution-driven individual to join our oral and maxillofacial surgery office as a Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining strong relationships with referring specialists and general dentists in the surrounding areas. Your primary responsibility will be the distribution of referral pads and the promotion of our practice to ensure a consistent flow of patient referrals.
Responsibilities:
- Referral Pad Distribution:
- Distribute referral pads to referring specialists and general dentists in the surrounding areas.
- Cold-call offices to schedule meetings with our physician or arrange a suitable time for referral pad drop-offs.
- Relationship Building:
- Foster strong relationships with referring offices by regularly visiting and engaging with staff.
- Organize and coordinate lunches, snacks, and branded items to enhance relationships.
- Office Support:
- Recording referral data and marketing drops in detail and analyzing for trends
- Maintain inventory of branded materials stock.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Solution-driven mindset with a focus on proactive problem-solving.
- High energy, well-presentable, respectful, and joyful personality.
- Accountability and ability to work independently after training.
- MUST have a car to use for farther or dispersed locations. We reimburse miles and pay for all parking.
- Must be comfortable traveling independently to practices
Skills:
- Upbeat and positive attitude at all times.
- Strong multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Comfortable using multiple online programs.
- CRM experience preferred.

Compensation:
