Marketing Coordinator Full-Time

The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing department’s initiatives through administrative coordination and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing

Major Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain the marketing calendar
  • Maintain customer data and marketing lists
  • Track inventory of product materials, descriptions, packaging, and sales materials
  • Proofread and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice
  • Track campaign data and update analytics
  • Plan and develop social media campaigns
  • Post content across social media accounts
  • Analyze running campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay on top of the latest social media trend

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Previous Experience:

  •  Minimum of 2 years in a cross-functional marketing position
  • Successfully ran social media accounts for a brand or business
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design skills.

Competencies and Skills:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work across teams and departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Meta Business Suite
  • Ability to learn Microsoft Business Central, Sendible
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Travel Requirements:

  • Occasional travel may be required for industry events and conferences.
