Marketing Department needs a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Your focus will be
over various areas of marketing within the restaurant industry. This is a great opportunity to grow

neighborhoods and around the world in our European restaurants. From Italian trattorias to French bistros,
the many different cuisines of the coastal Mediterranean serve as our daily inspiration. Like many
family-run establishments in Europe, our restaurants make their own pastas, gelatos and desserts. We
constantly strive to craft menus that combine the creativity of contemporary cuisine with the powerful
draw of classic recipes. That being said, our neighborhood restaurants offer a lot more than just a

> RESPONSIBILITIES
● Assists in the marketing efforts of LFC Restaurants by handling various support tasks to augment the
marketing department’s effectiveness.
● Collaborates on marketing initiatives, working closely with the team to plan and implement marketing
strategies that support company goals.
● Reports on online reviews and feedback from customers and followers, gathering insights to improve
brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
● Performs community management services by actively monitoring online conversations for brand
mentions, keywords, messages, and comments to respond appropriately, ensuring a consistent and
engaging brand presence.
● Work in tandem with Social Media Manager for implementation of social strategies and story
scheduling
● Ability to establish priorities and objectives to meet deadlines
> QUALIFICATIONS
● BS|BA in Marketing / Business or a related field
● G- Suite – google docs | sheets | slides – preferred
● Canva – preferred
● A passion for Marketing
● Candidate needs to be a self starter, independent thinker
● Attention to detail and organize
● Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
● Fun and outgoing personality
● Strong people skills
● Ability to work with a team as well as individually
> REQUIREMENTS
● Degree in marketing, communications, journalism or any related field
● 1-2 years of postgraduate experience
● Passion for marketing, social media, strong organizational & communication skills and great
attention to detail
● Expertise in multiple social media platforms; Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
● Familiar with Canva. Knowledge of Lightroom & Adobe Creative Suite a plus
● An eye for detail with photography, videography and graphics
● Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
● Must be able to adapt from project to project
● Multitasking and analytical skills
