Marketing & Brand Specialist

We seek an experienced Marketing & Brand Specialist to join our team! This role is responsible for all aspects of the external communication of print & digital media solutions and audience products including cross-platform marketing. Our brands cross several exciting markets – vehicle fleets, automotive aftermarket, public safety and law enforcement, as well as the professional salon industry (hair, beauty and nails).

Headquartered in Torrance, CA, our associates work remotely from their homes.

We are open to employing new associates in the following states/areas:
AL, AZ, CA (except San Francisco), CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MI, MN, MO, NC, NV, OH,OK, OR, TN, TX, WI

Pay Info:
Pay range: Up to $28.85 per hour ($60k if annualized)

Responsibilities:

• Development and tactical execution of marketing and brand strategies including consistent brand voice/messaging/positioning
• External communication for brands and products
• Complete concepting and fulfillment of campaign theme and messaging
• Support sales teams
• Website CMS management of media and corporate brands
• Email creation and deployment
• Complete concepting, project management, and fulfillment of marketing solution guides
• Sales collateral creation
• Marketing copywriting for social media, email communications, print and digital advertising, etc.
• Travel may be required (less than 10%)
• Other tasks and duties as assigned or required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3+ years recent experience in all aspects of marketing strategy and communications
• Must possess a strategic marketing mindset with extensive experience developing targeted messaging from concept to execution ensuring brand voice/position consistency
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a high energy and deadline-oriented environment a must
• Proven track record of excellent project management skills
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve under pressure
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite and primary social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn and X)
• Experience with Jira, Robohead, Cordial, Adobe Creative Suite, and HubSpot a plus
