Reporting to the Vice President/General Manager, this position assists with a full range of administrative, sales and support functions as, well as front desk responsibilities, ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Basic office skills such as answering phones, greeting clients, customer service, and computer knowledge.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and staff.
  • Manages calendars and appointments.
  • Assist sales with daily duties
  • Manages station communication boards.
  • Organize meetings, rooms, refreshments.
  • Maintains files and records.
  • Composes correspondence and prepares documents.
  • General clerical duties including, but not limited to, filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, typing, shredding, and mailing.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of previous office or similar experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to prioritize and work effectively with deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of computer software applications such as PPT, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Fluency in English.

Compensation – $21.00+/hr commensurate with experience and skill level
