Reporting to the Vice President/General Manager, this position assists with a full range of administrative, sales and support functions as, well as front desk responsibilities, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Basic office skills such as answering phones, greeting clients, customer service, and computer knowledge.
- Communicate clearly with clients and staff.
- Manages calendars and appointments.
- Assist sales with daily duties
- Manages station communication boards.
- Organize meetings, rooms, refreshments.
- Maintains files and records.
- Composes correspondence and prepares documents.
- General clerical duties including, but not limited to, filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, typing, shredding, and mailing.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of previous office or similar experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively with deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of computer software applications such as PPT, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation – $21.00+/hr commensurate with experience and skill level
